• Sidelined.ai
• Glik workflow development tools
• Validator zNodes and other blockchain services
• ROME tokenized resource orchestration
• Vord AI workflow and data management
• Various rAgents for AI-driven applications
• Any other related products developed by Rivalz

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the security of your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.

Certain Services may require payment. By purchasing any Service, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees in the designated cryptocurrency or fiat currency.
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Comply with any payment terms specified.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

Due to regulatory restrictions and compliance with international sanctions, residents, nationals, or entities from the following countries and jurisdictions are prohibited from using Rivalz Services:

• Belarus
• Central African Republic
• Cuba
• Democratic Republic of the Congo
• Iran
• Iraq
• Lebanon
• Libya
• Myanmar (Burma)
• North Korea
• Russia
• South Sudan
• Sudan
• Syria
• Ukraine (specifically Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions)
• Venezuela
• Yemen
• Zimbabwe

In addition to the above, users from any country, city, or region subject to comprehensive embargoes, trade sanctions, or other restrictive measures imposed by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, or any other relevant authority are strictly prohibited from accessing or using Rivalz Services. Rivalz reserves the right to restrict access to its Services in any other jurisdiction as required by applicable laws and regulations. If you attempt to access or use our Services from any restricted jurisdiction, your account may be terminated, and access may be blocked without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivalz is not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Disruptions due to third-party services, hacks, or force majeure events.
• Any losses or damages incurred, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past six months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rivalz harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
